SHIPPING
     At checkout customers can choose Canada Post Expidited parcel, Prioriyt or Xpresspost. Depending on shipping address and service selected, delivery usually occurs within 7 days once your order has been processed, pending availability and credit card verification. An adult signature is always required for delivery. If you wish to waive this option, please contact info@royalfurclub.com with your name and order number. 
Processing Time
     Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays). 
     Orders placed after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays). 
     Orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays). Royal Fur Club will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing. You will not be charged for any item until it has shpped from our distribution center. Please note: a customer signature is required for all shippments. Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to production process. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email withing 5 business days. 
EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM 
     Please email Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Please include your full name, contact information, order number and reason within the body of the email, with a subject line "Exchange" and your order number. A representative will follow up with an RMA number and further instructions.
 
To Process The Exchange
     All merchandise must arrive to Royal Fur Club within 14 days of the original purchase date.
     The merchandise must be in good condition and with the original tags attached.
     The merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. 
     Royal Fur Club may refuse any exchanges that do not comply with our conditions stated above. Once the RMA number has been issued, you may use the original packaging to ship your order back, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package. Wright the issied RMA number on the outside of the return box. Returned packages without a visible RMA number will be refused. Ship it back to us within 14 days of the RMA number issued date. An exchange will be processed within seven days after your return is approved. An email confirmation of the return and exchange will be sent to the address listed in your account details. 
     Royal Fur Club does not accept returns or issue refunds at this time. For general inquiries or issues regarding fit, color, etc., please email your customer service representative within 5 days of delivery receipt. 
     For inquiries regarding damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders, please email to your customer service representative within 24 hours of delivery receipt. 
     All custom merchandise is final sale. 
DAMAGES, INCOMPLETE AND INCORRECT ORDERS
    In the event a product is delivered in damaged condition, an even exchange will be processed. Demages must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Item must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. To claim a damaged item, see Exchanging Your Item above. 
     If you have received an item in error or are missing an item from your order, please contact customer service with the order confirmation number and the style code of the missing or incorect item (s). Our team will review the information and correct delivery free of charge. 
ORDER CANCELLATION
     If you made your order in error and wish to cancel it, please contact customer service by email at info@royalfurclub.com or call +1 416 939 0053 as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shepped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. 
PAYMENT METHODS
Royal Fur Club accepts payments in the form of American Express, Visa, Master Card, we don't accept personal checks, cash or money orders. The retail price displayed on Royal Royal Fur Club do not include taxes.
